Hey everyone! I'm new here, but definitely not new to PCOS! I was diagnosed as a teenager in about 2000, but I didn't care about it much back then. Now DH & I are trying to conceive, so I'm trying to take better care of the PCOS. I'm going to make a doctor appointment soon & see if I can get on Met. I tried very briefly...oh, four or five years ago, but I didn't want to deal with the side effects, so I quit pretty much right away. Now I'm willing to tough it out, because I've heard so many people have had great experiences with it. Right now I'm just procrastinating on the appointment, because I hate doctors so much!

lovely to meet you, welcome to s c what id suggest is to write down everything that you want to ask/say to your dr so you dont forget. Thats what i always do. There is a link to the newbie roadmap in my siggie for you
