Smile Hello!

Hi, my name is Amy, I am 17 years old and was diagnosed with PCOS about a year and a half ago. I went two years without a period before I went to the doctor. I finally got a diagnosis and was given some medicine to help me start my period. It worked. Its not birth control because I have a clotting factor or something.. I really dont know but I cant have birth control or I will get a blood clot. I have been over weight my whole life... It really sucks.
Is there any thing I can do to like help me lose weight and get my period normally? I was thinking about joining weight watchers. My last period was on September 13. I think I am going to get my period soon because my back hurts like no other! haha And other signs too. Its just weird not knowing when I will get my period, and I am supposed to take my medicine every three months if I dont get my period but I have been getting it like in a month and a half to two month apart. Sooo any suggestions or anything will be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks!!
Amy
