lets see i was diagnosed in 98 , i have a quite alot of other medical problems aswell as PCOS . i have just started using vitex and dong quai , i havent had my period for 3 yrs now (it makes me feel not quite like a woman you know ). im not looking to get pregnant yet , but i would like to in the future . its so bloody frustrating that i get all the period pains , but dont get an actual period . when i was getting it , it was extremelly heavy and lasted for 8 to 10 days . i had been on the pill since i was 14 , but went off it when i was 24 because my period just completly stopped whilst on the pill .
i actually started taking vitex last yr for 2 months , but gave up because i wasnt seeing any results ..(if only i had searched for this forum before , i would of found that i had to stick with it for 3 to 6 months OY ! lol
aaannnyways i just started on it again yesterday and taking it along with dong quai (which i also just found out about this one..i know i is slow lol)
i tell you im sick of having to pluck all these damned hairs from strange places on my body
