Smile Hello Everyone

Hi Everyone,

I am new to this board and wanted to introduce myself with a little background. My name is Cathy and I live in PA with my amazing DH of 17 yrs married 7. I was dx with pcos in August of 05 after trying but having no luck. So i went to an re and before the exam she looked at me and said i know what is the problem but will wiat to confirm. Wow someone who didn;t think i was crazy. After some tests and exam i was dx with PCOS. What a relief i had a dx. Now what do i do next...After some more test, clomid several iui i received my miracle my little energitic daughter. It is now 2 yrs later and i just made an appt yesterday for January to go back and see my re (my favorite DR did i mention she also has pcos). First i need to lose some weight although i did not gain any during my pg but i have gained about an extra 5lbs since then. I do not want to go on any diets i want to make a change in life. My goal is to lose some weight before my appt and continue. i am at my heaviest i have ever been and hate it.

I found these boards through another group i belong to.

Sorry my story is so long. Thanks for reading. I look forward to meeting all of you

Cathy
