Default Hello I'm new.

hello there... i have seen this site before from googling about PCOS since i was diagnosed in September 2008 but i had suspected having it since about a yr ago.
so i finally decided to join and hopefully make some friend with my same problem because not many people know about PCOS which makes it frustrating.

So I'm Kerry but usually get called Kez.
I'm 23 will be 24 in April.
I'm married to Rick which we have been together nearly 6yrs and 4yrs married last september.
We have a daughter skye who is nearly 4 at the end of this week.
We also have a son who is nearly 21mths old.
I'm trying for another baby and have been since Jordan was born...i knew it wouldnt happen quick and took 18mths to conceive Jordan. I have just been given Metformin yesterday from my dr to help me conceive and decrease the other effects due to having PCOS such as the weight and acne etc.

I'm in Cranbourne, Vic

Yep dr advised to eat it with food and told me i might get the craps.
Its been good today other than this morning. About to take my night one.

I'm wondering how ppl manage to take bread from their diet. He has told me to take sugars and bread out...well cut back but i have toast in the morning which ill substitute that for yoghurt when i go shopping but lunch time is usually a sandwich with cheese or whatever. I dont eat seafood and dont eat salad. The closest thing to salad i eat is cheese and beetroot sandwich.

what are those rice cakes like as a substitute for bread?
