Hello all! After months of testing from my primary doctor, it was confirmed I have PCOS. I met with my obgyn today and got a lot more information. I'm excited that I have an answer, hoping these meds will work. I'm scared too though1 I'm glad I have found this site, it looks like a great resource!

I was relieved too when I finally received a diagnosis after experiencing symptoms for years! I had to see 6 doctors before anyone could tell me what was wrong with me. One doctor even put me on 3 antidepressants and an anti-psychotic drug all at the same time.

I started taking metformin 2 months ago. I was sooo nauseous for the first month but I waited it out and am glad I did.

I feel hopeful now....
