Hello All,
My name is Angie. I have 1 DD she is 3. I have PCOS and have been ttc baby #2 since 11-1-06 with no luck. I would love another little girl. I am taking 1000mgs of Metformin since 2-1-08. That has not help make my cycles reg yet. The cycle that I am on now I took 50mgs of clomid. It did not work to make me O.I didn't take the clomid with the vitex. However clomid did raise my progesterone level from 0.8 to 8. I am just looking for any advice or different methods of treatment as I would rather do herb and vitamins than meds from the doc. I have just been learning about soy isoflavones and how they work to make you ovulate. Along with apple cider vinegar and cinnamon for IR. On a daily basis I take vitex, red raspberry, prenatal, calcium, flaxseed, magnesuim,Q-10, EPO, and Metformin. Looking forward to get to know you all,
