Hello everyone. I haven't been able to post as much as I'd like to lately, but I do try to come as often as possible but I don't get to read thru all the posts. So I'm posting to find out where everyone stands with their adoptions? It's been a while since I've got to talk to anyone. So update me pretty please.
As for us, we're doing great. Desi will be 3 in April. Can you believe that! I can't! They grow so fast. My little Braxy is going to be 5 months old on the third. We've had our homestudy for him and we're just waiting for our last court date for it all to be final. Which should be in April sometime! He's getting so big! Will post pictures soon!! I'm going to have their portraits taken for her 3 yr and his 6 mon b.days the end of March. I'm so excited. I just can't wait for it to be done.

We are good, just waiting for referral for Ava .. other then that not too much is going on (but I think that is quite enough!) LOL
I will be watching for those pictures of your babies ... 3 years and 6 months .. WOW they grow toooooo fast dont they

Hi Lisa! Has it really been that long? I remember waiting on pins and needles to see pictures of newborn baby Brax! Can't wait to see how they've grown! As for us, Sam is doing great. He'll be 2.5 next month and it will be time to start getting him set up for preschool! I can't believe my baby will be in school in just a few short months! He really wants to go though, and it will be good for him since he really needs more socialization and practice with his speech skills. We have our first homestudy appointment on Monday for Isabelle's adoption. The next Monday we will have our second one. Based on previous experience with this social worker, I'm guessing we should have the finished product in hand in 3-4 weeks total. Hoping to be DTC in early May. We had hoped for April, but didn't realize there had been some changes with the way they do the immigration fingerprints now.

We are still waiting for the call or letter to tell us when Finalization Day is going to be. Billy has been with us now seven months and our caseworker keeps saying any day now. It is of course frustrating like this whole process seems to be.
We have decided to keep our license at least one more year to see if a sibling for Billy and another child for us we will be blessed with.
