Ive been so upset lately, and im really scared because i dont know wether its just me or if its because ofthe PCOS. I have suffered with bulemia and mutilation a few years ago, and faught really hard to fix myself up without telling anybody. I dont want to go through it again, and i am really scared. If any of yo have ever felt like this, please help me, i dont know whats going on with me...

Alot of us cysters have problems with anxiety and depression, although I am not sure if they have been directly linked to PCOS.. ((((HUGS)))) I know what you are going through and I wanted to let you know that you are not alone!! I have severe anxiety and depression. Like you I have hidden it from alot of people. Thankyou so much. It's really hard, i mean, i'm tempted to blame it on typical teenage angst, but its more than that. Ive never felt this way before, like i want to punish myself. I hate it, but i appreciate your help <3 Thanks so much ^_^
