HEy everyone
im new to this site just registered and i was wondering if anyone knew anything about free clinics in the chicago land area. i amd 19 and i am looking for a place that helps with pcos. i dont have medical and dont have money for doctor visits(i am a full time college student, im sure some of you know how that can be) please if you know anything about this please let me know
