i'm really sorry your feeling so awful, i can't really help i'm afraid, just wanted to let you know other people have been in a similar position. i was depressed when first diagnosed and couldn't function at all. what i did was throw off any committments which were not entirely necessary so i could concentrate on getting better. it was difficult but i managed to let a few things go, tensions between my parents and petty squabbles between friends, even revision at the time. it didn't have a lasting effect on my life, it just meant i could take some time out. i think it was totally to do with my pcos because i hadn't had a af for 7 months at this point, its like my body was trying to say 'enough'. at least you've made the biggest step and are seeking help. anyway, just wanted to wish you all the luck in the world and let you know your cysters understand.
