I can't log in. I even used the password retrieval just in case I had it wrong and even that doesn't work. I'm getting quite frustrated. I had to create a new id just to be able to ask for help. I have read Kat's message and the sticky at the top. I had turned off all signatures and cleared my cache & cookies. It was still working up until the 25th. Any ideas? Please...

Btw, when was the last time you were able to sign in under your original name?

I usually don't log out when I'm done so each time I come to the website I'm automatically signed in. This time when I went to the main forum page and it asked me to log in or register (upper right hand corner) when I put in my user name and password I get the following message:
"You have entered an invalid username or password. Please press the back button, enter the correct details and try again. Don't forget that the password is case sensitive. Forgotten your password? Click here!
You have used 0 out of 5 login attempts. After all 5 have been used, you will be unable to login for 15 minutes."
I tried several different passwords just to see if I had it wrong and none of them worked. I would always get the message above.
Then I used the "forgotten password" feature and received the following email.
"Hello,

You have requested to reset your password on Forums forums because you have forgotten your password. If you did not request this, please ignore it. It will expire and become useless in 24 hours time.

To reset your password, please visit the following page:
http://www.soulcysters.net/login.php?a=pwd&u=16549&i=27145251

When you visit that page, your password will be reset, and the new password will be emailed to you.

I followed the link and received this second email

The new password does not work either. I just keep getting the same message about not having the correct user name or password.
I had signatures turned off due to the earlier problems of pages not loading.
