Default help

I have had PCOS for over 8 years *atleast that I know of* I have always had irregular periods, taking YAZ right now. In Feb I had irregular pap and am scheduled in a few weeks for a repeat one. I had endometrosis biobsy done 3 years ago that was fine. I am not taking the 1000mg of met it makes me sick to stomache. What do I need to get on to fix myself? I am seeing my reg Dr. and appt. with endo in August. I have hair every where, shave face once sometimes 2 times a day cause of the stubble. Taking 25mg of spiro. Please offer suggestions, for test or meds or anything thanks much...

You'll need to get those results first to see exactly what is going on before I could even think of what suggest other than blood work if you haven't had it already.

I agree. Get the results first, then you can try to find a solution. Best of luck!

With a blood test they can see where your hormone levels are. Testosterone, LSH, Progesterone, Estrogen, DHEA... the Dr should know what to test you for if he or she is pcos friendly.

Since you wer eon Met I am guessing that you have IR blood work or at least a fasting sugar test can help to see where you are with that. That needs to get under control to help with the hair and other symptoms that you may have.

Still you have to get those results back first so you know what is happening.
