Bit of background information in case it helps. Diagnosed with PCOS in '06, but had symptoms since around '00. In Nov 07, I was put on metformin in addition to my Ocella. Then in Jan of this year, my Dr put me on spironolactone and lovaza.

My Dr told me that sore tender breasts, even breasts enlarging a bit would be normal on spiro. They were sore as of my last visit in the beginning of august. He was sure it was just the spiro. Well the breast tenderness has been getting worse and worse, and here's the potential TMI part, but I was being intimate with my hubby, and well, to both our surprise, my breasts leaked. Nothing has ever come out of my breasts outside of late term pregnancy and breastfeeding. And I most certainly haven't done that for just shy of 10 years.

Has this happened to anyone else who is on a similar treatment regimen to me?

Well my breasts used to leak fluid back in 2006 when my PCOS symptoms were starting to get worse.

It hasn't happened since, but I hear it's something you should have checked out. Personally I wouldn't worry too much.
