 Help!!!
Hi! I was just wanting to ask some of you ladies that are trying to do things the natural way. I started taking vitex last month just to start having "normal" cycles. In the past I have went more than a year at a time with no af. I started taking the vitex on cd10 I am currently on cd45. On cd25 I started getting some weird "symptoms" they started to increase as time went by and now they have started decreasing but i am not getting af or a bfp. I have started charting the past few weeks and on cd31 it went up and has been up except yesterday and the day before when I temped with sleep interruptions. But I poas this morning and still BFN. Also the past three days (counting today) I have had some crazy cramps like the day I get af and lots of cm that sends running to the bathroom thinking that af has come! With NOTHING, no pink ting, nothing!
I am taking 1000mgs of vitex daily and daily vitamins. What do you ladies think? I think that the vitex is working because all that i have been through has never happened before not even when going through fertility treatments trying to get pg with my girls! Should I add something to help? According to my chart I am anywhere around 14-16dpo (if i od) so I wonder if I implanted late and could still be pg?
