Congrats, Shanah. Rather than just masking your PCOS troubles, you are choosing to let your body cycling on it's own. I think that's the most important goal we can have as women. It may get worse hormonally before it gets better, but you're giving yourself a gift. Give yourself about 3 months or so to see AF on Met, and know that it takes some time to turn into a 32 day cycler.
Your body definetly needs time to sort out up from down hormonally. It may seem frustrating that your body can't sort itself out right away, but don't give up. I waited over a year for real results on Met, and now after 2 years, my body is finally hormonally normal.
Do what you can to normalize your insulin, testosterone, androgens etc by keeping up with your exercise and moderating your carbs...those things will help the Met.
Good luck.
