i cannot stress enough how useless beauticians and "skincare clinics" are for deep acne scarring - they'll sell you their strongest product and tell you that if it doesn't work -you're- the one doing something wrong and that you need to purchase something more from them. total scams. get thee to a to a dermo post haste.
