Ladies,

I am currently on Day 13 of NPC cream and started some brown spotting today. Do I continue with my night application and tomorrow for day 14 or stop the cream???

Sounds like the cream is working!
Continue the cream until you get RED blood flowing. Spotting is not considered to be AF. Glad to hear something is happening!
