I'm usually pretty good at googling or searching the boards for info, but I can't seem to find information about estrogen levels in Canadian lab results.

My result for Estradiol was 118 PMOL/L (tested on day 3), and the reference range is 0-921.

I'm assuming that this means my estrogen is extremely low, but I want to be sure I'm not misunderstanding it.

I'll talk with my doctor, but I prefer to have has much info as possible before my appointments. (Doctors are always so rushed.)

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Women with PCOS can have an under production of estrogen. See here
There is other Sites, but I am on my way to work.
When they do a reference range they take the lowest and highest results and take them in to consideration when reviewing reference ranges.
My last E2 on day 3 was <70(currently being suppressed) and yet last month when on Estrace my E2 sky rocket to 8000.
Since low E2 is common in PCOS a good dr should be able to recognize this and tell you how they will resolve it(if necessary)
