Default Help for depression

Hi guys. I'm new here, so I don't know if this has been mentioned, but I wanted to throw my two cents in just in case it may help someone. I have been struggling with depression like most of you reading this. Finding out I had PCOS helped explain my depression, but of course didn't get rid of it. I started taking Natural Progesterone cream to get my cycle on track, and was amazed to see my mood totally shifting. This cream has helped my so much with my drepression (and cleared up my skin) that I thought maybe some of you guys can be helped by it too. Hope it helps.

Welcome to Soulcysters Depression forum Dove 26. It will be nice to get to know you. Feel free to hop right in and talk. We welcome suggestions and ideas. I'm glad the progesterone cream worked for you! There are natural estrogen too. But, remember that if you use Birth control pills you are doubling up on the hormones so make sure your Dr. knows Did you notice any changes in your menstral cycle too? Timing, pain etc. How long did it take to start helping? I'll be interested in your experiences. Lendi

I'm not on birth control pills. I'm trying to get pregnant. My doctor knows I have used the cream, too. She, unfortunately, or fortunately depending on how you look at it, doesn't believe hormone creams really do anything. But it has definately helped me, as I said earlier with clearing up my skin and my depression. I'm not taking it right now cause I'm about to start Clomid, but it never did give me a period. I was hoping it would help that much, but the only sucessful thing that has worked for me to get a period it low carbing.
