Having lost 2 1/2 stone with met's help, i tried dianette for the hair and have put on a stone, stopped taking dianette a few months ago but cant seem to lose the weight again.
Give all me fat clothes away, cant afford (and refuse) to buy bigger clothes again...whats happening ?
Sorry to hear that your having problems. Its so hard. The weight thing is hard for me too. Been trying for 10 years to get rid. I hope that find the right way soon. Maybe you could change your diet, and do more exercise. Thats what I have done. Its just that putting the weight on is soooo easy, but losing it is harder.
Thanx Bex, it is hard when you have been really good, get on the scales and you havent lost a oz......suppose I just keep going though. PCOS is with me for life
Hey no worries. Thats what we are here for. I can't believe it sometimes that I finally have a way to be supported with this. And knowing other women with this is wonderful. I didn't know anyone before I joined sc. So I'm really happy to be a part of it.
