Ladies, I would like to try a more natural approach for ttc. I have been reading alot about herbs and have decided that it is the way to go. I have done some research but I am unable to find a list for which i know how to take these herbs. I don't ovulate every month and I would like to again. But does any one know of a book for website where i can find how to take these herbs without Oing first
I know that I will be taking vitex and false unicorn root. I was taking them for 2 weeks and i O without provera for the first time in years. but I am wondering if i need to stop when i ovulate for can i keep taking them. i want to try taking them until i get pg for i figure out if it is right for me. If anyone has a suggestion or know of a book or website. please let me know.

You can take both vitex and false unicorn root throughout your cycle. As for some books, it is hard to find anything with all the answers so you may need to seek out a bunch of books. Your local library probably has some you could choose from. These are the ones I own...

Think about taking something for your liver (milk thistle, dandelion root, burdock root, oregon grape root)

you need to do a search on menstration. it will show a huge list of herbs, some are for menopause, but read them all. i am gonna try a few of them. hope it helps. also, if i remember correct, most say what dose to take near bottom of description. good luck.
