Help! Has anyone had dermabrasion?

I had dermabrasion today to get rid of acne scars. I was told I would be "flushed" for a half and hour to an hour. That was 9 hours ago! I am not only flushed, but have what look like broken capillaries under my skin on the whole bottom half of my face. Has anyone had this experience?

I have never had that done before....wonder how you are doing now though???/ Any better??

Much better. Thanks. I spoke to the aesthetician, and she said she had worked pretty vigorously on the areas that were red b/c those were my problem areas. The redness has definitely gone down a lot, and I am actually going for another treatment on Friday, and she'll be more careful with the sensitive areas. I know it sounds crazy, but my skin has been so awful. i'm desperate.

I'm 30 yrs. old also ~ I'm new to PCOS...just told that this is prob. what I have. My testosterone levels were high. Not sure exactly how high, but I get that cystic acne ~ some on my face, once and awhile on my neck, but alot on my back for some reason. I was just put on ortho-try. Do you know if it will work somewhat??

I was on Ortho Tri-Cyclen for years and my skin was practically perfect except for one cyst on my chin the week before my period sometimes. Another medication that will also help is Spirolactone. It reduces androgen production and hormonal acne, but the BCPs will help a lot. I am TTC, and can't use either.
