Hi Everyone, I hope that all of you are enjoying your summer. I am lost as to what to do. I finally saved up enough money to go to the naturopath. I spent a good amount of money and she put me on the following supplements(below). However, the Ovablend made me naseous. And I gained like 8 lb and I failed to have a period after 2 months, when I usually have one at 45-50 days. I was so bloated!
I don't know if I should continue on with this regimen or just stop altogether and go to another naturopath. I've taken a break from the supplements and started exercising like crazy because I don't want this weight on. I am desperate to get back to where I was and down another 10lbs.
Any advice would be welcomed - please.

Have you tried talking to her about your concerns. I guess it depends on the naturopath but mine is very good at dealing with my concerns and not making me take things I'm not confortable with. She also goes through the list of supplements she gives me and explains what they do to make sure I reallly understands what it taking. I say either talk to her or see someone else.
I would talk to your naturopath. I got a little nauseous from some of my supplements and she was able to alter what I was taking to fix that. I also experienced some join pain as well. Also, sometimes your body needs time to adjust since your are being provided these suppliments because you probably werent getting them before.
Lastly, remember that your body and everyone elses is different, so it might take some time to see your period regulate. I've gotten myself into a 40 day cycle, which is a major step for me..and it seems they are getting shorter and shorter. Certain ailments were cured nearly instantly (like my ammenorea i had for several months, gone 2 days after my first vist).
