if you're having problems with ortho tri then you should defenitely discuss that with the people at the clinic. I got put on ortho tri cyclen through planned parenthood because I don't have insurance and they are very nice and helpful if you have a problem with the pills you're on. Most clinics will talk to you about options. They asked me if I wanted to switch off ortho-tri last time I was in but I said no.
They may put you on a lower dose hormone which could help your sex drive. Mine decreased the first few months I was on it but it seems to be increasing now. Of course I'm single so it's not so important.
