Unhappy HELP! I'm so confused

Just bare with me for a bit--I'm trying to figure this out also...

I should know the ins and outs with 2 mc's and 1 stillbirth but am still confused. Kyle and I DTD on March 25 (my birthday) and that has been it ever since or before since January so once in 4 months. We used condoms and I'm on Yasmin, I know, nothing is 100% except abstinence so I was due to have my "period" on this last Wedneday, the 30th and still nothing. I have massive cramping but no bleeding. I dont have any "real" pregnancy symptoms. No headaches, peeing all the darn time, breasts don’t hurt, not bloating, extremely tired—nothing. I had my bi-annual exam on May 9th and my Gyno said nothing about pregnancy and that was 16 days ago…would there be a chance that I’m pregnant and miscarrying but my body is confused. I don’t know what to do. I called my Gyno but he is in the OR all morning and the nurse didn’t know much. I just don’t know what to think…I started to spot and then nothing for the past 24 hours. Any inclination? Ideas?

ETA--I had an April "period" that was normal, or so I thought.

Is it possible that the Yasmin is what's making your body so confused? Maybe the hormones combined with weight loss and PCOS have your body totally mixed up. With my period, I often cramp and spot for a day or two before actual flow starts.
Hope you feel better soon!

I agree that your body just has a lot going on. Yasmin doesn't work for all cysters, and some need to experiment with other pills. I hope you figure this out, but I'd give it one more cycle. I seriously doubt you conceived and then had a regular period in April and didn't feel pregnant during your exam to the doctor. That's just my opinion, and believe me, weirder things have happened!

It's very possible that the BCP is causing your cycle to be off or taper off. I had TERRIBLE luck with Yasmin -- I wanted to kill myself and I couldn't raise my head. I was so tired and depressed on it as well as bleeding at random times, including spotting. I can't remember if it was one of the pills that gave me cramps. Pills sometimes take a few months to show how they will affect you. I was on one that I felt fine/normal/wonderful on for four or five months, except that I had a lot of breakthrough bleeding. That's when I tried the Yasmin, and stopped it after one month. Went back on the first pill. Same thing as the first time for a couple a months. After a while the bleeding got to be very light periods regularly...and depression, voices in my head and suicidal thoughts. I won't do any kind of hormonal pills again.

If you got AF last month, were on Yasmin and using condoms, and the doctor didn't feel anything in your uterus, you're most likely not PG. However, set your mind at ease and POAS. If it's negative, don't worry about it much -- it's probably the pill. If it's positive, then deal with that. But you'll know one way or another.

Good luck.

Thanks for the help. I POAS on Friday, the 25th and it was negative and then got what I thought was the start of my "period". Saturday morning was heavy, nothing saturday afternoon, Sunday/Monday a full on blast and today nothing so am just going to believe that it is exercise and stress that threw me off. Never have had a problem with YASMIN until now but maybe my body is just getting used to it

Yasmin tapered my cycle down wierd too.. Yaz was even more so.. I guess all things are possible.. but I am leaning toward it being BCP.... Especially if you doubled up.. EVERYTIME....
