Angry HELP..lump

I just started the Atkins diet for the second time and am more serious about it now than ever. I started exercising again and when I started doing crunches, I thought everything was fine until I got to 25 and a huge cramp or something started in my stomach and a big knot popped out. It has now went away but I was just curious if anyone else had the same problem. I was scared that it might be a hernia. HELP!!

it sounds like a hernia to me but i don't know why it would go away again. if i were you i'd go to the doctor to put your mind at rest, but if its no longer painful maybe it wasn'ta hernia.
