Default help me i dont know what to do...

I dont think that this is related to pcos but I have it and I dont know what to do.

I have had severe fatigue for the past month. At the same time I discovered lumps in my inner thighs. Not on my skin or in my skin but underneath. They are solid but not hard and the move around a little but not much. they have changed in size and number in the past month.

I have been tested for mono twice, hepatitis once, I had an ultra sound on my liver. I have been tested for strep throat and the flu. Type a and b. So I dont have swine flu.

I dont know why i am still tired and what the lumps are. all the doctors i have seen dont know what to do or tell me. The last doctor I saw last night referred me to an infectious disease specialist and i called there to make an appointment today and they said they dont usually treat symptoms like mine but the dr said she would see me but cant for three weeks. so I have that appointment and the only thing to do thats left is try to find some other doctor or go to the er.

please help

It's hard to say what this could be since we don't know your medical history, weight, meds etc. It could simply be swollen lymph tissue from inflammation or an infection, it could be simple fatty tissue lumps (as a woman with large breasts I'm very familiar with these), it could be cysts or fatty tumors. My husband had a fatty tumor removed from his shoulder last year. They're generally non-cancerous and it was easily removed.

What do the doctors say about the lumps? Can they feel them? Are they visible from the surface? Are they painful? How big are they? Do they change right before your period? Have you had an ultrasound of the lumps?

As for fatigue it could be a million things from lifestyle change to anemia to sleep disorders. Without more info there's no way to tell.

I really hope you get an answer soon and start to feel better. Good luck hun.

Thanks for the response. Its not my lymph nodes. they are not visible from the surface. and they dont hurt. I am beginning to wonder if its not just fatty tissue lumps...

the doctor felt them and he didnt know what they were thats what he told me.

the range from the size of a pea to the size of a large grape. and I have not been taking my birth control medicine at the same time daily so for the past month i have had bleeding/spotting. so i dont know if they change around the time of my period.

I have not had an ultrasound of the lumps though that is a good idea.

I just dont know what doctor to go see.
