Default help me with my lab results!

My TSH came back 2.09 (normal range is between 0.5-4.5) and my free T4 came back 1.1 (normal is between 0.9-1.9). My Endo said my thyroid levels are too low and told me he wants me to get retested in 6 weeks and if my TSH goes above 3 and my T4 below 0.9, he wants me to start on thyroid meds. In the last year, my TSH checked has ranged between 1.09-1.20. I am not sure if this last one was a bit higher because I was really sick and on antibiotics or if it is slowly beginning to creep up because I am developing hypothyroidism. Besides irregluar periods and hair loss (which could also be attributed to the PCOS), I do not have any other symptoms of hypothyroid. I am occasionally tired, but am energetic most of the day. If anything, I have more symptoms related to hyperthyroid. Any thoughts???
