Help a mom My daughter has had only spotting 3 times in one year. Has a sister in law with PCOS. The doctors say lab work fine. Just lets wait and see what happens?

Get a second opinion, for sure. "Normal" lab work doesn't mean one can't have PCOS.

Her primary sent her to a GYN both said everything was fine. Testosterone level was 70. I thought anything over 50 is high

Technically, it is in the normal range but it's still high. That's what leads a lot of doctors to read these things wrong, in my opinion.

There is no test for PCOS that will absolutly diagnosis it. It is a process of elimiation. You can have normal results and still have PCOS. Please check this links and get a second, third or forth opinion, anyone who will do all the right tests and not just put her on BCPs and send her home.

Treatments include diet, exercise, meds and some natural remedies (cinnamon, vinegar, vitamins, etc.)

welcome often an ultrasound can help the doctor to "diagnose" PCOS by allowing them to see the string of pearls cysts of PCOS.
not everyone with PCOS has the cysts though.
