Default Help!! New development, soy related??

I am on CD11 and just had some weird "spotting". Sorry if this is TMI but I need some ideas as to what's going on. I've never really spotted before, maybe lightly pinkish cm in the past, but this is definitely blood. And not bright red.. but not very dark either. Kind of in between. AF ended about 5 days ago, and this weird case of "spotting" isn't exactly a flow, but enough to be on the undies and (ew, sorry) drip out of me. WTH??!! The only thing I can think of is that I took soy isoflavone capsules on cd5-9. Unfortunately I am not temping, so I don't really know what my cycle is doing.

Did any of you have this problem in any way? Soy related, or other?? I am hoping I don't come off as too frantic, but in all my menstruating years I have never had a situation like this. Strange. Anyway, thanks in advance!

I have taken soy isoflavones for 5 cycles now, and have never had mid cycle spotting as you described. I would call your doctor if it's still going on or if it's concerning you. I do know that some women lightly bleed during a strong ovulation...could that be it? I hope you get some answers soon!
