Unhappy Help please!

I have a question - I have been having a really weird feeling in my upper stomach. It's above my belly button. It's been going on for about a week. After I eat lunch, I feel like my stomach is hardening (not the flesh/fat part - but the organ). It's an area about the size of my fist - and it doesn't quite hurt, but it's uncomfortable, and makes me nauseous. I've been *really* stressed at work, and it only happens after lunch. My theory is stress out in the morning - but not eating after stress = no hard feeling. then I eat lunch & come back to more stress = hard feeling that doesn't go away for about 3 hours. DH thinks ulcer - I'm wondering if it's a s/e of clomid??? I do have heartburn about 5x a week, but I've had that off/on for at least 5 years. Any ideas would be appreciated.

(I'm posting this in a couple of different spots, so you don't have to answer twice! I'm just kinda worried!)

Hi

Sometimes my stomach feels like this once I've eaten. I've always assumed it was my ibs so I've never asked a dr about it.

Thanks for replying!

I would think IBS would affect the lower tummy - where the bowels are?? I've never been dx w/IBS. And I'm pretty sure I don't have them symptoms of that.
