Default Help Please! Progesterone Cream?

Please can someone help me?

Have been on Metformin since June 1000mg recently upped to 1500mg had 2 periods after stopping BCP in June, so last period was August nothing since. I use to have excessive bleeding every time I attempted to stop BCP, due to low progestergone levels or estrogen dominance (I think) , Metformin has sorted this heavy bleeding thankfully, but no AF. My question is will progesterone cream help me, I live in UK so can not buy it locally will have to order from US? Is it safe? I will order the natural one I guess. How do I know when to use it? Should I take BCP for a month or Provera to bring on an AF and then use cream on days I am supposed to? Also will it help with excess hair and acne, as these have worsened since coming off BCP. Please help me I am really down and at the end of my tether I really dont want to go back on BCP as I am TTC, and doctors here are not very helpful.

Hi there! I'm going to be trying progesterone cream, oddly enough, although I have almost no progesterone and am considered estrogen dominant, without the pill I don't have any periods at all...anyway, I just found out more about what needs to be done, so I'm seeing someone this week about what to take, etc. I'll let you know the information they give me, ok? I also have really high testosterone and adrenal fatigue.
