looking for where i can buy the vitex to help me start having my period it has been over a year. I am also desperate to concieve and have been trying for 10 years with no results.
You can go to vitacost.com to get vitex, but I would also go and see a dr. as vitex can take as long as 6 months to be effective, and you might benefit from something like provera to clear you out. It isnt particularly safe to go so long without af.

i know you can get it online. some health food stores may carry it. but it won't start af. also it can take 3-6 months to start working but don't give up on it.
also you can use natrual progesterone cream to induce af if you choose,<- that doesn't look right, to. i have done this twice and af arrived today. all you do is use it twice a day. one pump in the morning and one at night for 5-9 days. the first time i used it for 9 days stopped and got af two days later. this time i used it for 5 days and the last two days i just used it once a day and stopped stopped it yesterday and got af today.
I am now very confused what is vitex for? I am taking 3 400mg a day. What will this do to me?Do i need to use something else? Please help I'll be watching.
