Default Help! Is there a time limit on Met's effectiveness?

Hi! I started taking Met a few weeks ago and had a period almost right away. Now, here I am on CD 14 and it looks like I'm ovulating! I can't believe it, as my cycles have been months long since I went off BCP. My question is, should I take advantage of this now? Is there a chance that Met will stop working for me? Will this be my last chance to TTC?!? I'd really like to see if I can have a full, normal cycle on Met but don't want to miss my chance if it's going to stop!

If Met is working for you and you think you are ovulating...Take the plunge and go for it. But you should be fine in the months to come if Met is working for you. Congrats on ovulations and regular AF's.

Actually, it takes 3-6 months for most women to see the complete benefits of using met, because it can take that long to insure good egg quality. I have heard of some cysters say that the met stopped working for them after a long period of time, but many just upped their dose and were fine.

I wish you the best of luck!

BTW - Met is my miracle drug, after several rounds of fertillity treatments we finally got pregnant ON OUR OWN after 6 months of met!
