Smile Help Where do I find low carb bread type recipies?

Dear All,
I am back after being gone for around a year. Having a baby finally has been great but busy!! Anyway, I just started Heller's Low Carb diet and I don't know if there is a special flour out there I can cook with or a good recipe book with LOTS of muffin, pancake etc. recipes. I am just hoping I don't have to cut them out completely. I also really love rice-a no no. Any tips would be great!!

God Bless,

I am doing the Hellers' CAD diet too, but I'm modifying it to add the farinetta muffin recipe I've posted here. I know there are more carbs in the muffins than allowed, but since they are full of things that help my insulin metabolism, and for muffins are very low in carbs and high in fiber, I figure it balances or even improves things. They are the only carbs I allow myself other than during my reward meal. And it sure makes breakfast simple.

BTW, I am losing weight and just had a 34-day cycle! Last time I did this my cycles regulated right out and I even had a 28-day cycle (first time ever, I think!)

Now doing lo-carb diet, buckwheat farinetta (for DCI), and when I remember to, vitex, gtf chromium, NAC, l-carntitine. And yes, it's working.

I was just reading your posts and wondering, what is the Hellers' CAD diet? Is it similar to the IR diet but more restrictive?
