Default HELP why would my doc treat me for.....

Strep B when I am not pregnant?.I had my Pap done last week and the culture came back strep B + .I thought it was a "normal" thing to have strep in your vaginal canal (at least I was told it was normal).I just googled it and am now freaking out !! it said you could have cancer diabetes or a slue of other things that can be related to having strep B.Has anyone else had a + strep test after a pap and you were not pregnant?.My nurse said sheis calling in amoxicillin for me and the doctor will discuss it further with me on monday...so great here I am all weekend freaking out and left in limbo to wonder weather or not I have something crazy wrong with me.Any stories or words of advice please.
