Default hemorrhagic cyst and juxta-marginal cyst

I need info!

My U/S came back with the following diagnosis:

(blah, blah blah)

A complex 2.6 CM central cyst left ovary, possibly an involuting hemorrhagic cyst

Two small marginal follicles left ovary and suggestion of a 1.3 juxta-marginal left ovarian cyst

Has anyone ever had either/both of these? (involuting hemorrhagic or juxta-marginal)

I've gone all over the internet, but I usually get the most helpful info here!

From what I can dig up a complex cyst larger than 2 CM usually does not resolve and needs surgical removal. (I don't care if they have to yank the entire ovary). I can't find anything for "juxta-marginal"...can anyone help?

My next U/S is scheduled for the end of march for a recheck, but I need info now!!! I had a close friend that died of ovarian cancer...I remember her saying "complex cyst." I'm trying to think positive that it's non-cancerous, but I'm not getting a lot of information.

My Dr. did describe it to me that it was a cyst that was partial liquid/partial solid and that he wanted to get another U/S after a couple of cycles to make sure it resolved. This seems to be how the majority of these types are monitored.

Does anyone have any input???

Thanx

Default hemoragic cyst

Hi. when i was diagnosed, i had one. My doc explained that it was a cyst that had ruptured and was bleeding into the ovary. she said that it is painful (this is true, but i wasnt in unbearable pain), but that they 'dissolve' or heal themselves. no surgery necessary. at least in my case. Hope this helps.

juxta-marginal left ovarian cyst
JUXTA...def..."Close proximity"

MARGINAL...def...Relating to, or situated at a margin or border.

It is discribing where the "cyst" is located on the ovary.

maybe this is what I have!! my ovaries are in pain and I hate having that area have any pain at all. It just seems bad to have pain in your reproductive organs!
