Saw Palmetto works the same as Spiro with the same caution: don't take it if you are TTC.

I've heard this too. I'd actually like to try Saw Palmetto. Does anyone know if it interferes at all with bcp's?

Good question Jen K... I too am on bcp and not ttc at this time...

JenK - I don't know if it interferes with BCPs. I didn't think to ask my naturopath since I don't take BCPs.
Maybe someone else will know the answer.
