Vitex
Saw palmetto
Fo-ti
False Unicorn root
Red Rasberry leaf
Bee pollen

not only made me ovulate on CD 15 but also gave me these results for LH:FSH ratio on CD 3...

1.6:1 instead of my usual 6:1...

Thanks for posting that info. I'm glad it seems to be working for you

I'm currently taking Vitex 500mg and EPO 500mg but I am interested in Dong Quai. I bought some today that's 585mg Dong Quai/Wild Yam combo. Should I combine this with EPO, or take it instead of EPO? Do you have any opinion on which one is better?
