i was just wondering is there any herbal remedies that can help bring your period back, i have spoke to a few people on the forum, that i was told after scan etc that i had pcos then all of a sudden they told me i didnt ?? pretty weird eh i know i do have it concidering i have every symptom n saw the cysts first hand, my periods were kinda Reg up until the last 6 months n ive seen it once since then- so is there anything to help this?
and does anyone know the herbal equiv of metformin?
im so new its unreal, having this forum has just brought alot of questions to mind that i need answering, i guess overall is there anything that i can take that could imprve my hormones etc.
check out the alternative remedies forum. do a search on there for vitex and natural progesterone cream or NPC. I have had success with those two, but you should read all about them before you start them. HTH

Chromium can help with blood sugar issues. You may want to check the Alternative Remedies forum. I don't know a lot about chromium though, since I haven't really used it.
