Does anyone take herbs and have allergies? im thinking of trying the nautral way but i have severe food and enviromental allergies? anyone with the same symptoms take herbs and do okay with them?

I am allergic to echinacea (sp) and vitex but am not hugely allergic to lots of things. I do have asthma though.

I have hayfever and a couple of food allergies, but was fine taking herbals. I think anyone can be allergic to a particular herb - but people can be allergic to drugs too - I guess it's up to you the risk you want to take.

I also have hayfever and some food allergies/sensitivities but have been fine with all of the herbs I have tried/taken. Of course, I am working with a naturopath which takes away a lot of the guesswork.

I have many allergies: food, enviromental, hayfever is very bad etc. But I had no problem with herbs.
