Default Herbs and Hypothyroid?

I was wondering what herbs need to be avoided when a person has hypothyroid. I had considered trying soy to help with ovulation until I read that soy can have affect thyroid function. Has anyone with hypothryoid taken soy and not experience any side effects???

TIA,
Jenn

i wont take soy... why risk it?? now i am sure i get soy in stuff that i dont even know about..but there is just too much info out there that says soy is bad for the thryoid

i am not sure about any other herbs..cept to take any supplements at least a few hours after your thyroid dose, so the thryoid has time to absorb...

www.thyroid.about.com has alot of info about herbs to avoid i think xoxo jenn
