Hello,
I was wondering if it is okay to take herbs while taking met. I am on 1000 mg of met and my acupuncturist recommended an herbal supplement called Seven Forests. Any information would be appreciated.

I've never heard of it, do you know what the ingredients are? I take Vitex along with my metformin, as do a lot of other cysters.
