Default Herbs and Vitamins for PCOS

I have researching on the net and found that Chromium, Vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6, Zinc, Magnesium, CQ10 are helpful for PCOS. Has anyone heard of this? or has anyone tried this?

Also, Herbs that are used for PCOS are Vitex, Milk Thistle, Cinnamon, Evening PRimrose, Red Clover, Raspberry leaf, and Saw Palmetto.

Is anyone taking herb or vitamins and how much of it?

I am tired of all the medication and the side effects. Diagnosed with PCos 2003. Was taking Met 2000mg, Diane, Spiro...but I never got over the nausea etc.

I've been taking cinnamon with chromium and saw palmetto and a multivitamin for three weeks now. I've lost five pounds and gotten my period. I just take the recommended dosage on the bottle.

I start off taking half the recommended dosage to make sure I wouldn't have an allergic reaction.
