Hey, I'm 15 and the doctor thinks I have PCOS and I've had some blood tests done. I thought I'd research PCOS a bit just so I know about it, if I do have it. I was just wondering..well..it sounds quite a scary thing, and I was wondering if it is? Also, does it affect work or concentration or anything? Thanks x

Welcome! PCOS doesn't have to be scary, but when you get a lot of info at once it can seem overwelming. I have heard some women complain about lack of concentration. I know that I have problems with it sometimes, but mostly it's due to missing a good nights sleep.

Welcome!! I was just dx'd with PCOS last month although I have had ALL of the symptoms since I was 13. I'm glad you got dx'd earley so that you know whats going on with your body. Don't be scared, it's noting scary. Just something to make you a stronger person in the end. Like everyone else if you need to talk to anyone i'm here. I'm still a teen also (19) so i can probably relate to some of your problems. ttyl!!
