Hey girls - I just started taking met 7 days ago. I am taking one pill a day now (so I guess 500mg) and will be upping my dosage to 2 a day tomorrow. Brief history - I am a thin cyster with no PCO symptoms except long cycles. I went to the doctor for a pap and told her we were going to ttc and about my cycles. She did a blood test and confirmed PCOS. She told me she believes I ovulate and to try on our own without meds for a couple months. I changed my diet completely along with continuing exercise and my cycle went from 42 days to an average of 30. I do ovulate every month according to the OPK, bbt, and af. My doc still suggested met to see if that will help us after several months of no luck!

Anyone on here ovulate on their own, still take met, and it helped them acheive pregnancy??? We are getting frustrated and just want something to happen for us!

Good luck to all you ladies!
