Hey SoulCysters! I joined this group in May last year when I found out I had PCOS. I recently lost 25 pounds from changing my diet in order to prevent getting Diabetes, and things with my PCOS are getting better which is a HUGE relief!

I recently wrote a funny book--sort of a biography--with chapters like Pageant Land, London, Klutz, Applause to Manhattan, and Diets and Doctors--where I write about PCOS. I was hoping a few of you might be interested in reading my book? The site is TaraJenkins.synthasite.com

It really helped me to write this book--and each chapter ends with a Life Lesson I learned. I think reading it may help any of you who are having a hard time coping--especially newbies.
