I haven't really paid much attention to the PCOS...it's there but I haven't taken care of it like I should. I'm just getting so frustrated with the symptoms etc so I'm starting to research and look through everything to see what I can do with it.

13. Does it help? It helps maintain the regularity of my periods. But i still have cysts. I can feel them sometimes.

24. Anything else that you want to tell us!! It is really hard having PCOS. I found out i had it when multiple cysts popped and i had to go to the hospital. Also when i found out i had PCOS, about a month later the doctor told me i would never be able to have kids. So did a plam reader.
