13. Does it help? Nope. It's more of a band-aid than something that actually helps.
14. What have you taken? Metformin (supposed to be taking it now, but it makes me way too sick), ortho cyclen, ortho tri-cyclen, ortho tri-cyclen lo, prometrium.
15. Do you want kids? I'm child free. So, no, it's not for me. If, for some reason, my biological clock started really ticking away, I'd never have a biological child for fear that I'd pass on my wonderful diseases to the poor thing.

hi. im jill. i just got diagnosed. I run year round for my school. I love my carbs and hate dieting, so this PCOS thing is kind of difficult for me ... :/.
but im glad to have other peoples support and know im not the only girl my age out there with this

24. Anything else that you want to tell us!! Anyone have any advice on the medicine? I orginally got Metformin in a liquid form and it was absolutely disgusting. I cannot swallow pills, see, and now this second dose of med. is pill form, which i crush and put into some yogurt. I can still taste it slightly, with my nose plugged, and i am ready to throw up at the thought of it or yogurt! AH! i need to learn how to swallow those pills, but they're such a bad shape and smell like fish food! any ideas? (p.s. i've tried cutting them up into 2 and even 4 pieces, still can't swallow)
